Spanish potato salad, made our way daily
The tomato. Tomato from El Perelló, tuna belly, and red onion
Liquid “puchero” croquette with crunchy chicken… in a glass, with spoon
3 croquettes: choose among boletus, chicken or cured ham
Tuna tartare with wakame seaweed and soya mayonnaise
Fried calamari rings with lime and soya mayonnaise

MAIN DISHES

Creamy rice of the day
Low temperature confited Icelandish cod, ham clear soup and fried green garlic
Free-range chicken thigh with thai sause and wok-sautéed vegetables
Grilled tuna with vegetables and Asian mojo
Grilled st yled pork fillet with Pedro Ximénez juice
Veal sirloin steak tartare (120g) with mustard ice-cream
